Program Management
Program Management is a unique talent of JM Engineering. Program Management (PM) is the managing of multiple projects, or multiple layers on a single project, where numerous skills are required to complete a project successfully. 

An integral part of the JM Engineering’s philosophy is to develop professionals that not only are experts at a certain field of work such as, Design, but are the best at Design by having performed the Construction, Maintenance and Operations that the Design relies upon.

This is further underscored by the knowledge of complete Project delivery where: document control, financial, design modification and VE, and sight/construction management/inspection are value added elements.

This process is centered on teamwork, of the Owner, Constructor and the JM Engineering PM Team, and the interaction of the technical areas to implement a quality project in a timely, cost-effective manner, deep experience to offer owners alternatives of past and proven projects of success, and with Owner satisfaction.

This means pro-active communication of the Team members and rapid issue resolution, hands-on training programs, safe working practices (Construction and Operations), and the attention Quality Audits for continued staff training and improvement.

JM Engineering assists in developing, planning and implementing methods and procedures for projects to:

  • Verify that project plans can meet both competitive markets and deliver the end through put,
  • Monitor and oversight of others to ensure maximum production in Design and Construction or Operations,
  • Quality reviews to ensure goals and budgets will be achieved and offer course corrections should they not,
  • System reliability inspections for Structures, Track, Systems (C&S) and others
  • Establishing programs to evaluate the accuracy of production and processing equipment
Equipment Quality reviews to confirm Maintenance and Operation practices.
